Jacob and Leigh Sims are the proud owners of their farm, located in Richmond, Kentucky. Their passion for Giant Schnauzers began with a deep admiration for the breed’s intelligence, loyalty, and working ability. Over the years, they have dedicated themselves to strengthening the Giant Schnauzer breed standard by carefully breeding for health, temperament, and structure. Every puppy is raised with the goal of becoming a well-rounded companion, whether as a cherished family pet, a reliable protection dog, or a competitive show prospect.

Choosing your pup at Aufhockers we are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality protection, show and pet dogs. When you enter on our waiting list your dog is hand picked for your specific needs and based on your preference. Most puppies will express their characteristics at a young age. We then start to cultivate that talent daily until they are ready to go home between 8-12weeks. After you place your deposit on a litter we will evaluate the pups to your personal preference (male/female) and we invite you to come to the farm to meet your new little companion.
